Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at Top North Hotel for a few nights, and while the location was definitely a highlight with great access to Tha Pae Gate and local markets, my experience was marred by cleanliness and maintenance issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the condition of my room and the facilities left much to be desired.
I recently stayed at the Top North Hotel in Chiang Mai for a couple of nights, and I honestly wished I could have moved elsewhere. The location was convenient, close to Thapae Gate. but the hotel itself felt quite outdated. The rooms were in a sorry state, and the facilities left a lot to be desired.
My stay at Top North Hotel had its ups and downs. The central location is fantastic, perfect for exploring the old town. However, the hotel itself feels tired and in desperate need of updates. The rooms were quite dirty and lacked proper maintenance, and the pool area didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, it served its purpose as a low-budget option, but I won't be coming back anytime soon.
I had a mixed experience at Top North Hotel in Chiang Mai. Although the location is fantastic and the staff were friendly, I faced significant issues with cleanliness and room maintenance. The shower temperature was unpredictable, which was quite problematic, especially for my child. Overall, while it has potential, the hotel needs considerable improvements.
The Top North Hotel offers a stunning view towards the hills and Doi Suthep, but I found my stay marred by several maintenance issues and the overall dated condition of the rooms. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, my experience was hindered by uncomfortable beds and leaking bathroom facilities.
